Abstract:Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of hysteroscopy combined with uterine artery embolization (UAE) in treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods 85 cases of caesarean scar pregnancy were randomly divided into 43 cases in the observation group and 42 cases in the control group. The observation group was treated with UAE, methotrexate (MTX) uterine artery infusion chemotherapy and hysteroscopy, and the control group was treated with MTX intravenous drip combined with ultrasonic monitoring, and the operation of two groups was compared. Related conditions, postoperative pain, complications and menstrual recovery. Results The intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, vaginal bleeding and duration of vaginal bleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). At day 2 after operative, at day 7 after operative, at day 14 after operative and at 21 day after operative in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The pain level of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of transabdominal, two palace, bleeding and hysterectomy in the two groups (P > 0.05), but the total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The menstrual recovery curve in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion UAE and methotrexate artery care combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy is effective, less operative complications and quick recovery after operation. It is a recommendable surgical method.
