Clinical characteristics of gastroscope imaging diagnostics in patients with generalized anxiety disorder mainly characterized by gastrointestinal symptoms*
To investigate the clinical characteristics of gastroscope imaging diagnostics that had been gave priority to the digestive tract symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder. Methods 60 patients with generalized anxiety disorder with gastrointestinal symptoms were assigned into group A and 60 patients with non-generalized anxiety disorders with gastrointestinal symptoms were assigned into group B. All these cases had been examined by gastroscopy and pathology. Results The characteristics of endoscopic imaging diagnostics were significantly different between the two groups. 95.00% of chronic non-atrophic gastritis in group A was significantly higher than that in group B 30.00% (P<0.05), and the difference was significant. The pathological examination results of the two groups were similar, and the lymphocyte and plasma cell infiltrated 98.33% in group A and in group B 90.00% (P>0.05), there was no significant difference. Conclusion The gastroscope imaging diagnostics in patients with generalized anxiety disorder with gastrointestinal symptoms was mainly the chronic non-atrophic gastritis, the imaging of gastric mucosa was upheaval and contrafluxion or not. The pathological examination indicated that the gastric mucosa was not atrophy, and the chronic inflammatory cell was the mainly infiltrated.
