Abstract:To evaluate the clinical value of CT-guided localization with medical glue and coeruleum methylenum injection in treatment of ground-glass opacity (GGO) and pulmonary nodules with uniportal video-assisted thoracoscope surgery (uni-VATS). Methods Retrospective observational data for 30 patients who underwent CT-guided localization with medical glue and coeruleum methylenum injection in department of thoracic surgery from June 2015 till now. Results CT-guided localization with medical glue and coeruleum methylenum was successful in all the patients (100.0%). The time of puncturing was (20.1?±?4.7) min. There were 1 case of pneumothorax, 1 case of hematopneumothorax. None of them had Hemoptysis or pleural reaction. Conclusions CT-guided localization with medical glue and coeruleum methylenum is safe, simple and accuracy. It is a viable technique for GGO localization.
