Abstract:Abstract: Objective?To explore the clinical value of endoscopy in treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis (ABP).?Methods?The clinical data of 48 cases of ABP treated by endoscopy and 37 cases of ABP treated by conservative treatment of internal medicine were analyzed, and the clinical efficacy and the rate of the severe transformation of ABP were compared between the two groups.?Results?Endoscopic treatment of ABP can significantly shorten the patient’s course of disease, accelerate the recovery of patients, reduce the cost of hospitalization and reduce the severe transformation of ABP.?Conclusion?Endoscopic treatment of ABP can accelerate the recovery of patients, shorten the length of stay, and inhibit the conversion of ABP and reduce the incidence of complications. It is a safe, effective and minimally invasive method for the treatment of ABP.
