支气管镜引导下局部无水乙醇注射治疗结核性中央气道瘢痕狭窄的效果*

摘要：目的??探讨支气管镜引导下局部无水乙醇注射治疗结核性气道瘢痕狭窄的效果。方法?收集2011年8月-2015年10月确诊为结核性中央气道瘢痕狭窄并同意行无水乙醇治疗的患者24例，经支气管镜导入Wang氏经支气管针吸活检（TBNA）针对瘢痕部位进行无水乙醇多点注射，评估其疗效。结果?治疗后，患者动脉血气分析、6?min步行距离均有不同程度改善，无严重并发症发生。结论?支气管镜下无水乙醇注射治疗结核性中央气道狭窄，操作简便、疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective?To explore the treatment results of tuberculous central airway scar stenosis by regional injection of dehydrated ethanol via bronchoscope.?Methods?24 patients with tuberculous central airway scar stenosis were injected with dehydrated ethanol at multiple points by bronchoscope from August 2011 to October 2015, then evaluate the theraputic effects.?Results? 7?~?15 d after the treatment, the patients’ arterial blood gas analysis and 6?min walk distance had improved without severe complications. .?Conclusion?The method to treating airway scar stenosis by injecting dehydrated ethanol under bronchoscope is easily operational with significant positive effect, which is worthy of promoting.
