Abstract:Abstract: Objective?To summarize the experience during the course of sedation/anesthesia gastroscopy foreign body removal operation for psychiatric patients.?Method?The clinical and emergency data of 78 cases of psychotic patients with foreign body in upper digestive tract from October 2006 to October 2017 were collected and analyzed.?Result?78 cases of the foreign body in the upper digestive tract were removed successfully. The vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, respiration and arterial oxygen saturation) were stable before, during and after the treatment of sedation/anesthesia gastroscopy.?Conclusion?The treatment of foreign body removal in the upper digestive tract for psychotic patients under the sedation/anesthesia gastroscopy is feasible, which has high success rate and good safety.
