The comfort of the surgery was significantly improved and no obvious hemorrhage during operation. After one month review of CT or urinary tract plain film, stone clear rate of 95.0%, no significant complications occurred.?Conclusion?42.0?cm FURS treatment of upper urinary tract stones have some advantages over the traditional 70 cm conventional FURS operability significantly improved.
