摘要：?Barrett食管（BE）与食管腺癌（EAC）的发生关系密切，尽管目前认为其发展为EAC的概率较低，但由于近年来EAC的发病率不断提高，故以发现早癌为主的BE相关筛查及随访监测手段仍然被重视。该文就BE的各种筛查及随访监测技术作一综述。

Abstract:?Barrett’s esophagus (BE) is closely related to the occurrence of esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC). Although the incidence of EAC is low, the incidence of EAC is increasing in recent years, so the methods of screening and surveillance for BE are still attached importance. This article reviewed the screening and surveillance techniques of BE.
