Abstract:To explore the feasibility, safety and clinical value of anterior approach laparoscopic cystogastrostomy in the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst.?Method?12 patients with pancreatic pseudocyst received totally laparoscopic cystogastrostomy the data on operative time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative time to get out of bed, time of first flatus/bowel motion, complication and duration of hospital stay were collected and analyzed retrospectively.?Result? All operations were carried out successfully with laparoscopic surgery. The mean operative time was (70.0?±?15.0)?min. The average intraoperative blood loss was (70.0?±?18.0)?ml. The mean postoperative time to get out of bed was (1.0?±?0.0)?d, and the mean time of first flatus was (2.5?±?0.5)?d. All patients recovered smoothly without any pancreatic fistula, blood loss. The average hospital stay was (8.0?±?1.5)?d. Fever, pancreatitis, adhesive intestinal obstruction, diabetes and other complications did not occur. The mean weight increased (6.0?±?1.0)?kg. ?Conclusions?Anterior approach totally laparoscopic cystogastrostomy was an efficacious, safe, and minimally invasive procedure.
