Abstract:To study the clinical effect of arthroscopic removal of calcaneus bone spur combined with suture anchor for fixation of plantar fascia.?Methods? We observe and studied the effect of arthroscopic calcaneal spur removal combined with tape anchor fixation for plantar fascia in 17 calcaneal spur patients.?Results? All the cases were followed up effectively. All the patients were relieved of pain effectively. X showed that the bone spur did not regenerate. No wound infection cases, of which 5 cases of wound delayed healing, 2 cases of wound healing after wound healing and then split, bacterial culture was negative. The total effective rate was 100%, and the normal healing rate of the incision was 70.58%.?Conclusion?The removal of the calcaneus bone spur under arthroscope to remove the combined suture anchor and fixation of the plantar fascia was small: ①The incision 2.0?cm around, and the bleeding was less. ②Clear view of arthroscopy, effective and thorough clearance of the focus, and shorten the operation time. ③Suture the plantar fascia to maintain and repair the stability of the arch. ④After the operation, the recovery was fast, the incision was beautiful and the time of hospitalization was short.
