Abstract:To investigate the pelvic floor function, quality of life and impact on patients with benign uterine tumors after laparoscopic hysterectomy.?Method?98 cases of uterine benign tumor from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected by the method of random number table method, all patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 49 cases in each. The control group received conventional laparoscopic hysterectomy, and the experimental group was treated with vaginal stump suspension laparoscopic hysterectomy. The operation time and bleeding volume of the two groups were compared. Patients were followed up for 2 years. The PFDI-20 score, vaginal length changes, the recovery of sexual life and prolapse of vaginal stump to determine the clinical efficacy of 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months after surgery were compared.?Results? There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups (P?>?0.05); while the intraoperative blood loss of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P?0.05). The patients in the control group were all treated with analgesics, while the analgesic use rate in the experimental group was 91.84%, significantly lower than that in the control group (P?0.05). The control group for vaginal shortening the length of (2.11?±?0.97) cm, the test group (1.05?±?0.74) cm, compared with the control group, the experimental group of vaginal shortening less and the difference was statistically significant (P?0.05); the control group of life recovery time (71.33?±?10.32) d, the test group is (61.29?±?10.82) d, there were significant differences (P?0.05). The PFDI-20 score of patients of the two groups before treatment had no significant differences, while 6 months, 12 months and 24 months after the operation in the control group was (45.6?±?9.2), (42.5?±?7.4), (41.2?±?6.1), while these indexes in the experimental group were (41.3?±?8.4), (36.8?±?4.9), (32.8?±?6.7), which was significantly lower than that in control group (P?0.05).?Conclusion?Laparoscopic hysterectomy vaginal stump preventive uterosacral ligament suspension can effectively prevent vaginal stump prolapse, to support the effect on pelvic floor function, reduce the length of postoperative vaginal shortening, is conducive to the patients prognosis. At the same time, it can reduce the amount of bleeding during operation.
