Abstract:To evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety and risk of emergency endoscopic selective varies devascularization (ESVD) in treatment of esophagogastric variceal bleeding.?Methods?45 cases of liver cirrhosis with esophagogastric variceal bleeding were treated with ESVD. The data of preoperative and postoperative vital signs, changes in indicators and postoperative endoscopy review and follow-up were analyzed. The effect, safety and correlation were observed.?Results?After ESVD, the success rates, effect, complication and death were respectively 97.8%, 97.8%, 11.1%, 4.4%.?Conclusion?The effect of the ESVD is remarkable and safe.
