腹腔镜及开腹手术在直肠癌患者临床治疗中的效果对比

摘要：目的  对比腹腔镜及开腹手术在直肠癌患者临床治疗中的效果。方法 选取该院胃肠肿瘤外科2008年5月-2013年5月收治的直肠癌患者80例，随机将这些患者分为腹腔镜手术组（n = 40）和开腹手术组（n =40）两组，对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、淋巴结清扫数量、首次通气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、住院费用、术后并发症发生情况和治疗满意度进行统计分析。结果 腹腔镜手术组患者的手术时间明显长于开腹手术组（P <0.05），术中出血量明显少于开腹手术组（P <0.05），切口长度明显短于开腹手术组（P <0.05），首次通气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均明显短于开腹手术组（P <0.05），住院费用明显高于开腹手术组（P <0.05），术后并发症发生率15.0%（6/40）明显低于开腹手术组35.0%（14/40）（P <0.05），治疗满意度97.5%（39/40）明显高于开腹手术组67.5%（27/40）（P <0.05）。结论 腹腔镜手术在直肠癌患者临床治疗中的效果较开腹好。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To compare the effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in treatment of rectal cancer.  Methods 80 cases of patients with rectal cancer from May 2008 to May 2013 were selected, they were randomly divided into laparoscopy surgery group (n = 40) and open surgery group (n = 40), the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, length of incision, lymph node dissection, number for the first time, ventilation time, ambulation time, hospitalization time, cost of hospitalization, postoperative complications, treatment satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The operation time of the laparoscopic surgery group was significantly longer (P < 0.05), the amount of bleeding was significantly less (P < 0.05), the incision length was significantly shorter (P < 0.05), the first time, ventilation time, ambulation time, hospitalization time were significantly shorter (P < 0.05), the hospitalization cost was significantly higher (P < 0.05), the rate of postoperative complications 15.0% (6/40) was significantly lower than the open surgery group 35.0% (14/40) (P < 0.05) 97.5% (39/40), the treatment satisfaction was significantly higher than the open surgery group 67.5% (27/40) (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in treatment of rectal cancer is better than open surgery.
