Abstract:Objective? To explore the clinical value of patients with pituitary adenoma treated by neural endoscopic resection nasal butterfly into the road through the hypertensive putaminal hemorrhage.?Methods? From January 2013 to January 2015, clinical data of 22 patients with pituitary adenoma was retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated by neural endoscopic resection nasal butterfly into the road through the hypertensive putaminal hemorrhage, conduct accurate location for the tumor tissue and the surrounding important anatomical structures during operation and determine the degree of lesion resection.?Results? All patients were successfully completed surgery, 19 cases with total thyroidectomy of the tumor, 3 cases with sub-total thyroidectorny; 1 cases occurred transient diabetes insipidus, 2 cases occurred Transient cerebrospinal fluid leakage, no cases of intracranial infection and death.?Conclusions?Given neural endoscopic resection nasal butterfly into the road through the hypertensive putaminal hemorrhage for patients with pituitary adenoma can positioning tumor tissue accurately, around the lesion size and important anatomical structures in a situ observation; Through neural navigation and minimally invasive endoscopic combination can within the scope of the biggest security on tumor resection, and it can reduce intraoperative trauma and postoperative complications significantly.
