Abstract:Objective? To evaluate the clinical value of base loop ligation of 2/3 convex myomas without sutruing by laparoscopic myomectmy (LM). ?Methods?56 women in needs of LM treatment from January 2013 to November 2015 were divided into Free-sutrue Group: 26 cases, with base loop ligation of the myomas without sutruing by LM and Sutrue Group: 30 cases, with convertional sutrue by LM. Then the operating time, operative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative total peritoneal drainage within 3 days and ultrasound of 1 month, 2 months, 3 months and 6 months after surgery of the two groups were compared.?Results? All the operations were successfully performed. In Free-sutrue Group, the mean operating time and the mean operative blood loss were (76.96 ± 21.11) min and (17.69 ± 12.90) ml, and the mean postoperative total peritoneal drainage within 3 days were (84.81 ± 35.28) ml, they were all significantly less than the Suture Group (P < 0.01), postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time between two groups were not statistically significantly. Ultrasound prompted Suture Group had no residual cavity formed. In Free-sutrue Group, ultrasound showed that the base were absorded gradually. The first three months of 57.69 % (15/26) of patients with fibroids base completely absorbed, the average absorption rate (91.58 ± 14.82) %, to 6 months, all patients were completely absorbed.?Conclusion? The method of base loop ligation of the 2/3 convex myomas without sutruing by laparoscopic myomectmy has shorter operating time and less blood loss, reduce postoperative bleeding and oozing, retention myometrium complete, it is a safe and simple and significant effect of surgical method.
