目的??探讨超细胃镜经鼻检查在鼻咽喉疾病诊断中的作用。方法?回顾分析在超细胃镜经鼻检查过程中发现的鼻腔、咽喉部病变。结果?在12 586例超细胃镜经鼻检查病例中发现69例鼻咽喉病变，并采取相应的治疗。结论?超细胃镜经鼻检查可以为临床发现鼻咽喉病变提供新的手段，值得进一步推广。

Abstract:

Objective?To investigate the application of transnasal gastroscopy in the diagnosis of nose and throat diseases. Methods?Retrospectively analyzed the nose and throat lesions founded in the process of transnasal gastroscopy. Result?69 cases of nose and throat lesions were found in 12586 cases of transnasal gastroscopy, and take the corresponding treatment. Conclusion?Transnasal gastroscopy can provide new means for clinical nose and throat disease, worthy of further promotion.
