Abstract:Objective? To explore the application value of the self-made water sac and double channel casing in analgesic miniprobe endoscopic ultrasonography of upper gastrointestinal tract. Methods?76 patients were randomly divided into two groups: analgesic group (experimental group) and normal group (control group), 38 cases in each. The experimental group which was underwent general anesthesia with Propofol use the self-made water sac (esophageal lesion) and double channel casing (gastric lesion). The control group using conventional water flooding. The average operation time, the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis, the patient’s comfort and complication rate of the two groups were analyzed, and the operation method was summarized. Results? There were no significant differences in age and gender between the two groups. All patients were successfully completed the examination. The average operation time of self-made water sac group (6.5 ± 2.1) min was obviously shorter than the normal group (12.3 ± 1.5) min, P <0.05. The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound was not significantly different (P >0.05). The patients in the painless group had better comfort and higher quality images (P <0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of complications, and no aspiration occurred. Conclusion? The self-made water sac and double channel casing for the analgesic ultrasonic micro probe examination of upper gastrointestinal tract is safe and reliable, and the patient’s comfort is good, the image effect is good, it is worthy of promoting clinical application.
