支撑喉镜下二氧化碳激光切除术治疗声带息肉的疗效评估

Effect of CO2 laser under suspension laryngoscope on patients with vocal cord polyp

摘要:

目的 分析支撑喉镜下二氧化碳CO2激光切除术治疗声带息肉的疗效。方法 将于2013年11月-2015年8月在该院接受手术治疗的118例声带息肉患者作为研究对象，根据具体治疗方式不同分为观察组（n =54）和对照组（n =64）。对照组患者接受支撑喉镜下常规切除治疗，观察组患者接受支撑喉镜下CO2激光切除术治疗，对比两组患者的治疗后嗓音学指标、急性时相蛋白、康复效果及康复速度差异。结果 观察组患者的基频（F0）、谐噪比（HNR）值高于对照组患者，频率微扰百分值（PPQ）、振幅微扰（APQ）、声能量（NNE）值低于对照组患者（P <0.05）；观察组患者的术后早期血清C反应蛋白（CRP）、α1-酸性糖蛋白（α1-AG）、铜蓝蛋白（CER）、β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）值均低于对照组患者，白蛋白（ALB）值高于对照组患者（P <0.05）；观察组患者的手术后痊愈率高于对照组患者，有效及无效率均低于对照组患者，首次发声时间、声音完全恢复时间和出院时间均短于对照组患者（P <0.05）。结论 声带息肉患者接受支撑喉镜下CO2激光切除术治疗，可以有效促进患者嗓音恢复，同时兼具小创伤及术后快速恢复的治疗优势。

Abstract:

Objective To analyze the effect of CO2 laser under suspension laryngoscope on patients with vocal cord polyp. Method 118 patients with vocal cord polyp from November 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital were chose as research subjects, all patients were divided into observation group (n= 54) and control group (n= 64) according to different treatment. Control group: patients received conventional laryngoscope resection; observation group: patients received CO2 laser under suspension laryngoscope. Then compare the two group patients' voice indexes, acute phase proteins, rehabilitation and recovery speed after treatment. Results Observation group patients' F0, HNR values were higher than control group patients, PPQ, APQ, NNE values were lower than that in control group (P < 0.05); early observation group patients' postoperative serum CRP, α1-AG, CER, β2 -MG values were lower than control group patients, ALB value was higher than control group patients (P < 0.05); observation group patients' cure rate was higher than control group patients, valid and invalid rates were lower than control group patients, the first sound time, sound full recovery time, discharge time were shorter than control group patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion Vocal cord polyp patients receive laser under suspension laryngoscope treatment, can effectively promote recovery rate, have advantages of minimally invasive and rapid recovery after surgery.
