自然低压连续灌注冲洗法在点触式探针碎石清石术中的应用*

Application of natural low pressure continuous perfusion washing method in point touch probe*

摘要:

目的   探讨自然低压连续灌注冲洗法在点触式探针超声碎石清石术中的安全性和可行性。方法   35例肾结石患者，采用自然低压连续灌注冲洗法行经皮肾镜点触式探针超声碎石清石治疗。术中将3L袋装生理盐水悬挂输液吊钩上，上液面距患侧肾盂高度为50 cm，开放冲水管，形成自然低压连续灌流冲洗，采用点触式超声探针碎石清石。结果   术中视野清晰，无大出血、肾盂黏膜吸附伤和刺伤。术后均无高热、大出血等严重并发症。结石残留2例，清石率为94.29%（33/35）。结论   自然低压连续灌注冲洗，方法简单，安全有效，冲洗管理方便。有效预防因肾盂高压所引起的尿脓毒症发生，宜作为经皮肾镜取石术（PCNL）灌注冲洗的常规方法。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of natural low pressure continuous perfusion washing method in the point touch probe ultrasonic lithotripsy. Methods 35 patients with kidney stones were treated by the method of natural low pressure continuous perfusion and percutaneous point touch probe ultrasonic lithotripsy. Results The visual field was clear, and there was no massive hemorrhage, no renal injury and other wound was observed during surgery. There has no serious complications such as high fever and bleeding after operation. Residual stone was found in 2 cases and the stone clearing rate was 94.29 % (33/35). Conclusion The natural low pressure continuous perfusion washing method is simple, safe, effective, convenient and easy manage. It can prevent the occurrence of urinary sepsis caused by renal pelvis hypertension effectively. It is advisable to be used as a routine method for irrigation.
