Abstract:Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of natural low pressure continuous perfusion washing method in the point touch probe ultrasonic lithotripsy. Methods 35 patients with kidney stones were treated by the method of natural low pressure continuous perfusion and percutaneous point touch probe ultrasonic lithotripsy. Results The visual field was clear, and there was no massive hemorrhage, no renal injury and other wound was observed during surgery. There has no serious complications such as high fever and bleeding after operation. Residual stone was found in 2 cases and the stone clearing rate was 94.29 % (33/35). Conclusion The natural low pressure continuous perfusion washing method is simple, safe, effective, convenient and easy manage. It can prevent the occurrence of urinary sepsis caused by renal pelvis hypertension effectively. It is advisable to be used as a routine method for irrigation.
