Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect between transurethral electrocoagulation push cutting of bladder tumor and traditional transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) for the treatment of non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Methods Patients with non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer in our hospital were enrolled as research objects and randomly divided into control group received transurethral electrocoagulation push cutting technique, observation group received traditional TURBT from October 2010 to October 2015. Then two group patients' indicators related to the rate of obturator nerve reflex, the rate of bladder perforation, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative bleeding time were compared. Results The rate of obturator nerve reflex and bladder perforation of observation group was lower than those of control group, the intraoperative blood loss of observation group was shorter than those of control group. Conclusions Transurethral electrocoagulation push cutting of bladder tumor can reduce intraoperative complication rate and intraoperative blood loss, the technique is safer and more effective, and it's worth widely clinical popularizing.
