鼻胆管口鼻腔转换专用取出器的研制与应用*

Development and application of a special removal device for nasal cavity transfer*

摘要:

目的   降低内镜下鼻胆引流术（ENBD）患者鼻胆管引出鼻腔的操作难度，减少不良事件发生率。 方法 将200例实施ENBD的患者随机分为实验组（n =100）和对照组（n =100）。实验组在鼻胆管口鼻转换中采用取出器套取导引管，对照组采用传统方法即术者的手  指伸入患者咽部取出导引管。比较导引管一次性抓取成功率和所耗的操作时间、患者对刺激的反应。结果   与对照组患者比较，实验组患者引导管一次性抓取成功率更高（P <0.05）；导引管取出耗时更短（P <0.05）；不良事件发生率更低（P <0.05）。结论  鼻胆管口鼻腔转换取出器能明显提高导引管一次性抓取成功率，缩短导引管抓取时间，提高患者舒适度，较少并发症，省时省力，经济实用。

Abstract:

Objective To reduce the difficulty of the operation of nasal duct in patients with endoscopic sinus drainage (ENBD), and reduce the incidence of adverse events. Method 200 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group (n = 100) and the control group (n = 100), and the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental group in nasobiliary oronasal conversion using extractor arbitrage guide tube and control group using the traditional method of the operation of finger extends into the oropharynx and remove the guide tube. Compare the success rate and the operation time of the guided tube and the operation time and the patient's response to the stimulation. Result Compared with the control group, the patients in the experimental group had a higher success rate (P < 0.05), the time consuming of the guide tube, and the incidence of adverse events was lower (P < 0.01). Conclusion Nasal bile duct mouth nasal conversion extractor can significantly improve the guiding tube, the one-time success rate of grasping and shorten the guide tube time to grab, and improve the comfort degree of patients, fewer complications, time-saving, economical and practical.
