Abstract:Objective To reduce the difficulty of the operation of nasal duct in patients with endoscopic sinus drainage (ENBD), and reduce the incidence of adverse events. Method 200 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group (n = 100) and the control group (n = 100), and the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental group in nasobiliary oronasal conversion using extractor arbitrage guide tube and control group using the traditional method of the operation of finger extends into the oropharynx and remove the guide tube. Compare the success rate and the operation time of the guided tube and the operation time and the patient's response to the stimulation. Result Compared with the control group, the patients in the experimental group had a higher success rate (P < 0.05), the time consuming of the guide tube, and the incidence of adverse events was lower (P < 0.01). Conclusion Nasal bile duct mouth nasal conversion extractor can significantly improve the guiding tube, the one-time success rate of grasping and shorten the guide tube time to grab, and improve the comfort degree of patients, fewer complications, time-saving, economical and practical.
