鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲手术个体化处理策略

摘要:

目的   探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲个体化手术的疗效及体会。方法  对176例鼻中隔偏曲患者，经鼻内镜及鼻窦CT检查确诊，根据鼻腔内中隔偏曲的不同类型制定个体化手术方案，经鼻内镜实施鼻中隔偏曲矫正术，术后门诊随访6个月以上。结果  176例患者均一次性完成手术，术后2例并发鼻中隔血肿，经处理后治愈，未出现鼻中隔穿孔及其他并发症。所有病例经随访6个月以上，双侧鼻腔通气良好，头痛、鼻出血等症状缓解，鼻内镜检查鼻中隔基本处于正中位置，未见有器质性偏曲。结论  鼻内镜下依据鼻腔内中隔偏曲具体形态制定个体化手术方案，具有操作精确、微创和安全等优点，符合鼻生理功能的需要及微创手术的要求。

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effects and surgical experiences of personalized surgery of nasal septum deviation with nasal endoscope. Methods 176 patients with nasal septum deviation were diagnosed by nasal endoscope and CT scan. Personalized surgery was performed depending on different septum deviation type of each patient. All cases were followed up for more than six months. Results Personalized surgery was successfully performed on all cases. Two cases of hematoma of nasal septum were healed by draining and packing. After the operation, clinical symptoms of septum deviation such as headache, nasal obstruction and nasal bleeding disappeared. Perforation of nasal septum and other complications did not occur. Conclusion Personalized surgery according to different septum deviation type of each patient has the good advantages of accuracy, minimal invasion and safety, and is necessary to the nasal physiological function and minimally invasive surgery.
