Abstract:Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effects and surgical experiences of personalized surgery of nasal septum deviation with nasal endoscope. Methods 176 patients with nasal septum deviation were diagnosed by nasal endoscope and CT scan. Personalized surgery was performed depending on different septum deviation type of each patient. All cases were followed up for more than six months. Results Personalized surgery was successfully performed on all cases. Two cases of hematoma of nasal septum were healed by draining and packing. After the operation, clinical symptoms of septum deviation such as headache, nasal obstruction and nasal bleeding disappeared. Perforation of nasal septum and other complications did not occur. Conclusion Personalized surgery according to different septum deviation type of each patient has the good advantages of accuracy, minimal invasion and safety, and is necessary to the nasal physiological function and minimally invasive surgery.
