Abstract:【Objective】 To analyze the effects of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy on treating uterus benign and malignant lesions. 【Methods】 120 patients with uterus benign and malignant lesions in our hospital from April 2011 to February 2013 were performed the laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy invasive resection operation. The patient who accepted laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy were followed up. 【Results】 120 cases were successfully performed operation with accurate intra-operative localization and without conversion to open surgery.The operation time was 70~160 min, average (120±10) min. The patients were followed up with hysteroscope for one year. No lesions recurred and preoperative symptoms disappeared. 【Conclusion】 Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy can accurately determine the location of uterus benign and malignant lesions, at the same time it has the advantages of little trauma, short operation time,faster postoperative recovery, short hospital stay and less complications, which deserves to be spread in clinic.
