Abstract:【Objective】 To research the safety of hysteroscopy in invasive hydatidiform mole. 【Methods】 25 invasive hydatidiform moles, dividing into two groups by whether accepting hysteroscopy patients or not, were analyzed retrospectively. 【Result】 15 patients accepted hysteroscopy and 10 not. There were not obviously difference about basal data between two groups. Average bleeding amount of hysteroscopy was (10±8) mL, and no severe complication occurred. All 25 patients accepted chemotherapy based on 5-FU. There were no obviously difference about chemotherapy cycles of β-HCG reducing to normal and curative ratio between two groups (109.5±15.7) d vs (117.2±16.4) d. 【Conclusion】 Hysteroscopy is a safe examination to invasive hydatidiform mole.
